TS e Challan

Telangana State Police Department of Traffic has introduced an Integrated e-Challan System to collect traffic challans from vehicle owners who have violated traffic rules under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Vehicle owners who have been fined by Hyderabad Traffic Police or Telangana Traffic Police can pay challan payments Online through TS e-Challan to clear their penalty or fine.

• Telangana State Police and the Department of Traffic have monitored all vehicles on all roads in the state.
• The vehicle owner or driver who violated the traffic rules can be fined and verified by a specified officer.

• Anyone who has violated traffic rules is fined as a penalty.
• Those who have a penalty need to pay through the Telangana e-Challan System.

2. Enter the Vehicle Number & Security Code.
   • The portal’s homepage has a section where you can enter vehicle numbers and answer the security code to proceed.
3. Proceed with the ‘GO: option.
   • Once the details are successfully entered, proceed with the “Go” option. A list of pending challans with generated dates is displayed, along with a link to check photographs of the violated vehicle.

• If you have found one or more pending challans, we will display them as a table.
• You need to pay immediately through Meseva, T-Wallet, Paytm, PhonePe etc.

1. If you are interested in paying offline, make a printout of the challan with challan numbers.
2. Visit the nearest Meseva Center or CSC Center.
3. Pay the fine with the service charge and get Receipts.
4. Carry the payment receipts to show in the time of roadside checking

1. Telangana Police Department has provided a facility to report mistakes or mistakes on the generated challans.

1. Open the Paytm App on your Mobile Phone or Open Paytm.com on your Desktop Computer.
2. Select and Proceed with Bill Payments & Challan option.
3. Choose Traffic Authority to Telangana Traffic Police.
4. Enter the Vehicle Number and Proceed.
5. Pending Challan’s with numbers are displayed as a list along with the complete fined amount is displayed.
