  1. To begin, go to the IDFC First Bank official website at www.idfcfirstbank.com.
  2. Click on “Customer Login” and then “Login to New Portal” since the previous portal didn’t accept credit cards.
  3. To access your account, you must provide your mobile number and password.
  4. After signing in, choose the “HAVE” option, then “Cards”, and finally choose “IDFC Credit Card”.
