The Passed Candidate of Class 11th and 12th Standard who needs to get Migration Certificate can contact your studying Government or Private College Principal and request for Migration Certificate, they will provide you an application form and full fill the form with complete details of you and your studying institute details.
Submit the form with paying supported fee along with mark list copy or appeared exam hall ticket copy, the Principal will send your application to APDHTE by Speed post, once received your application the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education will review and issue, then they will send your Migration Certificate by Speed post to your maintained address.
Method-2
This is another way to apply, Visit nearest Mandal Education Officer and provide supported certificates and appeared exam hall ticket / admit card / mark sheet xerox copy and pay the fee through bank challahan to apply , the MEO office will helps to apply in offline mode and there is no way to apply online.
