Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Raipur, has issued the migration certificate application registration form to the CGBSE Students who have joined their higher class at another State College to validate their certificates and mark sheets through CGBSE Migration Certificate Form 2025 online registration.
Those High School Courses of Class 10th (Secondary): Completed those male and female students who have passed out from March’s annual final exams or Supplementary Exams and are eligible to apply. Those who have balanced subjects are not eligible to apply, and the student who has joined their higher studies in their own state of Chhattisgarh does not need to submit a migration from 2025.

CGBSE High School / 10th Migration Form 2025 How to Apply Online
Every CG Board Student who has successfully completed their High School (STD-10) Course can contact your responsible Government or Private School Headmaster to apply; the Headmaster of the school will apply online with School Login at the Student Data Entry Page using their ID and Password from the following steps.
- Visit the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE), Raipur Board official website at https://cgbse.nic.in
- Select and proceed with the option about the “Online Student Data Entry” link.
- You have now been redirected to the CG Board VIDIA Portal and seen the school login page.
- Now, Enter the User ID & Password of the Headmaster / School.
- Then, you will see multiple options along with the Migration Certificate Form.
- Now the headmaster needs to enter complete student details along with the type of student, Regular or Private.
- Now, choose the student’s class, such as High School / Class 10. Then, choose the student’s completed name and course details, such as general or vocational.
- Then, a list of student details is displayed on the screen; now, select with a checkbox and proceed.
- Pay the application registration fee of Rs.110/- online using a digital payment gateway.
- Then, you will see a successfully applied message with a reference ID number along with transcription details.
That’s it. You have successfully submitted the CG Board 10th Migration Certificate Form 2025. After verification by CGBSE, your certificate will be issued within 15 days of the Duration.
