KEA conducts admission to the GTTC Diploma course annually in state government centres across Karnataka. Interested students who have passed SSLC can apply for the diploma course online at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The admission notification is published after the SSLC results are declared. The course lasts three years, including one year of mandatory internship training.
GTTC centres offer a variety of diploma courses, including Tool and Die making, Precision Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Automation and Robotics, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. Students can apply for diploma courses only at government GTTC centres.
KEA GTTC Eligibility 2024
The eligibility criteria for admission is SSLC. Eligible students can apply after the SSLC Result for 2023-24. Admission is based on merit and roster.
GTTC colleges offer 30% classroom training and 70% practical training. The curriculum structure is designed to meet industrial demand. One year of internship training with a stipend is available, and there is a 100% employment opportunity.

The Government Tooling and Training Center (GTTC) was established in 1972 in collaboration with the Government of Denmark and under a Bilateral Development Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Karnataka in the industrial area of Rajajinagar, Bangalore. With 30 Diploma Colleges across the state, it is the highest technical educational institute approved by AICTE, conducting Diploma, Post-Diploma, and M.Tech courses.
