The Department of Education, Government of India, has provided the Elementary Education Primary School Class 5th Standard Subject-wise Books, Study and Learning Material designed and introduced by the National Council of Educational Research and Training for all regional students located in all states and UTs of the country to all State and Central education boards.

Students who wish to continue their Primary Education in 5th Standard at any Government or private school like CBSE, CISCE, IB, IGCSE, KVS, JNV, and other State boards can get NCERT Book 2025, subject-wise updated textbooks, study and learning material for all regional languages of the country, all chapters of the course in English, Hindi, Urdu, and others for the academic session of 2025.

NCERT Class 5 Textbook 2025 at Free of Cost

The Ministry of Education distributes the elementary education primary school version of the textbook with learning material to each eligible country student under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan or Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) every year. The Free Textbook scheme is implemented at government schools, and this year, NCERT Book 2025 for Class 5 was also distributed Free of Cost to English, Hindi, and Urdu-speaking candidates.
