Class 12th Standard is the final year of Intermediate Education for the streams of Arts, Science, Commerce under Senior Secondary Education. NCERT has provided the class 12th standard learning and study material to all central education board colleges along with state education boards of the country to the academic year of 2025. Every Senior Secondary Class 12th Grade Student who is studying at CBSE, CISCE, IB, IGCSE, KVS, JNV, and other colleges can get NCERT Books for Class 12.

National Council of Educational Research and Training has designed and introduced the Arts, Science, Commerce stream books to Hindi medium, English medium, Urdu medium students. The government of India Department of Education has approved and provide the NCERT Books 2025 for all languages & subjects of the course for all region students.

Free Textbook distribution is conducted under the department of education to each eligible student studying at government schools or colleges under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan or Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) Scheme.
