The Secondary Education Board of Assam has invited applications for Migration Certificate from eligible students of the state for Assam 10th Migration Certificate 2025 to HSLC /AHM Course Complete students through online & Offline Applications from their SEBA Service’s portal.

• The Assam State SEBA Board students who have completed their Class 10th (HSLC/AHM)can apply for a Migration Certificate.
• Every Class 10th completed student who passed out in this year or the previous year’s annual final examination is eligible to apply.
• A student who wishes to pursue higher studies in another state of the country needs to submit the Assam HSLC Migration Certificate form 2025.
• Those boys’ & Girl’s Students can apply Online through the SEBA Service portal by paying a support fee.

• The Secondary Education Board of Assam has provided the facility online from the SEBA Services Portal at https://sebaservices.in.
• The Eligible Student can apply online from SEBA SERVICES Portal by paying a sufficient Fee.
• SEBA Migration Certificate Application Registration Online is available on the SEBA Services Portal, announced by the Assam Education Department.
• Your Responsible School Headmaster/Principal can also register for the HSLC Migration Certificate through an Offline Application Form.

The Eligible Candidate who wishes to apply for the migration certificate can pay Rs.700/—for Application Processing online using a Debit or Credit Card and Internet Banking facility.

SEBA HSLC Migration Certificate Application Form 2025 Online Registration

The SEBA has invited the Migration Certificate Application in two ways: offline application registration and online application submission. We suggest that everyone apply online by providing simple details of the student from the following steps. We have shared direct links for both Online and offline application forms with the guidelines below.

1. Visit SEBA Service Portal: Visit the Board of Secondary Education Assam SEBA Service’s portal at https://sebaservices.in.
2. Select and proceed with the Migration Certificate link: Now Select the “Application Form for Obtaining Migration Certificate” link and proceed.
3. Enter Candidate details: Now fill out the form with the complete details of the student, including the Address, Scanned Copy of the Marksheet, Mobile Phone Number, and all.
4. Pay the Fee: Carefully check the correct details, then pay the fee using the Proceed to Payment option and Verify the Security captcha code. Finally, pay the fee using any payment option and complete the process.
5. Get Reference ID: Now you have seen the successfully applied message with a reference ID number of the registered application, Proceed with the print option and make multiple copies of the printout.

Now, Send the printable copy with the attached supported certificate or relevant documents of the applicant to the SEBA office by Speed or Registered post.

After receiving your application with reference copies of certificates, the SEBA will issue the Assam Board HSLC/AHM Migration Certificate 2025 to the eligible student by Speed Post as a reply within 30 days (Except holidays).

How to Apply SEBA Migration Certificate Application Form 2025 Offline Mode

1. It’s another way, and this is a very old method to apply using the Offline Application form.
2. This method is for students who need to Obtain Duplicate Marksheets, Admit Cards, Provisional Certificates, and Migration Certificates.
3. Those who need to apply for the Assam 10th Class Migration Certificate application form can register online through the school’s Headmaster/Principal/Superintendent.
4. The Candidate who is interested in applying through offline application registration can contact your responsible Government or Private School Authorities.
5. Pay the fee through Bank Callahan and provide a copy, supporting documents, and complete details of the applicant.
6. The Headmaster or Principal will register your application by filling out an offline form and sent to the SEBA office with your certificates.
7. Then, the SEBA will verify and issue the migration certificate and send it by Speed Post to the school headmaster with a reply within 30 days.
