The government of Bihar has introduced Service Plus Right to Public Service (RTPS) facilitate to avail Various Online Services under a Single Platform. The Facility has been designed and provided under the e-District Mission Mode Project of Bihar.
What is Service Plus Bihar
RTPS Bihar is launched in the name of Service Plus Bihar to make government services on the quick platform digitally. Residents of the State can register to get various certificates & scheme benefits by using RTPS Bihar Service Mode from Home, Office, and anywhere through the Internet.

The Indian Citizen who is a Resident of Bihar are eligible to access the RTPS, External, and Other Services to get Caste, Residence, Income, Old Age Pension or Widow Pension Scheme, Girl marriage scheme, making Birth and Death certificate, Labor Card, (जाति, निवास, आय, वृद्धावस्था पेंशन या विधवा पेंशन योजना, बालिका विवाह योजना, जन्म और मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र बनाना, श्रम कार्ड) and etc.

- Proceed with the Self Registration link located the Citizen Section at the homepage.
- Register Yourself by entering Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Phone Number, and etc.
- Verify the form through OTP Verification and Submit the Form.

- Go to the RTPS Bihar Service Plus Bihar Portal at https://serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- Select forgot password link located under Citizen Section at the homepage.
- Enter Login ID & Captcha Code and Click on Submit.
- A link is sent to the Registered Mobile Phone Number & E-Mail.
- Reset your Password by creating a New & Secure Password by using the link.

- Visit the RTPS Bihar Official website at https://serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- Select RTPS Services and Proceed with Apply Online link located at the main menu of the portal.
- Select the Correct Department & Certificate Authorites to apply for Certificate.
- Fullfil the online form with complete information of the candidate along with requearied information.
- Select the Office, Line Department, Block Circle, Department, Division-Commissionary, Sub-Division and etc.
- Cerefully check the the form before submitting, and submit it.
- Finally a massage displayed on the screen for successfull registration with reference ID.
- Print Receipt and save for future reference.

There are two different modes are available to check. The RTPS Bihar Submitted Online Application Status available through Online & SMS using the Reference ID number. By following the steps everyone can check easily.
Online Method – ऑनलाइन विधि
- Bihar Right to Public Service (RTPS) Oficial website is http://rtps.bihar.gov.in or https://serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- Select “Track Application Status” and Proceed.
- Select Application Status by Application ID or OTP.
- Enter the Application Number and Click on Status button.
- Than the status of application is displayed with latest update.
Application Status Check by SMS – एसएमएस द्वारा आवेदन की स्थिति की जांच
- Send an SMS by the followng massage format from the registered mobile phone number.
- Latest Status of the application is recived via SMS to the mobile.

- Go to the Bihar Right to Public Services and other Services (RTPS) Official website at https://serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- If you are registered candidate can login Or select “Download Certificate” Option. through https://serviceonline.gov.in/userCertificate.html.
- Registeted candidate can seen issued certificates on the dashboard.
- Or Enter your Application Reference ID Number and Proceed with Download Certificate Option.
By Visiting the nearest Common Service Centre (CSC), or Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC) of Bihar also can download and print out the RTPS Certificate. The CSC or CFC Centers are charged a little bit of amount as a Service Charge.
