Bihar State Right to Public Service Portal has provided the Facility to download issued Certificates (सर्विस प्लस बिहार सर्टिफिकेट) under Public, External, and other Services. Bihar citizens who have successfully applied and verified their RTPS Application can download their Certificates in Digital Format as PDF documents. The government of Bihar has introduced Service Plus Bihar under the e-District Mission Mode Project.

How to Download Service Plus Bihar Certificate Pdf
Everyone can follow the simple steps to download the RTPS Bihar Certificate PDF (आरटीपीएस बिहार सर्टिफिकेट) for various services issued under the e-District Mission Mode Project. By using the Reference ID Number of the Verified & issued Certificate, everyone can download it from the Bihar Online Services Portal.
- Visit the Service Plus RTPS Bihar Official Website.
- Everyone Can reach the Right to Public Service ( सार्वजनिक सेवाओं का अधिकार, बिहार सरकार) at https://serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- Login by Using Login ID & OTP/Password.
- Enter your User ID and Password to Login by verifying Captcha Code if you have already registered. The candidate who has not resisted can follow the direct link of the Download Certificate.
- Select and Proceed with the “Download Certificate” Option.
- On the portal’s homepage, everyone can find the “Download Certificate” Option. Alternatively, they can follow the direct link at https://serviceonline.gov.in/userCertificate.html.
- Enter the Reference Number & Download Certificate.
- In the Final Step, You need to Enter your Application Reference ID Number and Proceed with Download Certificate Option.

- Visit the RTPS Bihar Official website at http://rtps.bihar.gov.in.
- Select the “Download Certificate” link located on the sidebar of the homepage or follow http://rtps.bihar.gov.in/dscertificateview/webcopy/dscertificatedownload.aspx.
- Now, Enter your Application ID Number & Application Date and Proceed with the Download Now option.
- Now, you have successfully downloaded the Digitally Signed Certificate Pdf.
- You can use the Digital Format Certificate anywhere, like as a physically issued certificate of the responsible authorities.
- There is no Difference Between an Online Generated Digital Certificate and a Physically Issued Paper Document.
Service Plus Bihar Certificate Print
- After successfully downloading the Digital Format Certificate PDF, open it using Adobe Reader.
- Validate the Certificate to Validate the Digital Signature of issued authorities.
