The government of Bihar has introduced the Right to Public Services and Other Services (RTPS) to issue Certificates under Public, External, and Other Services. The Bihar State Citizens need to Register to log in to Apply for Certificates & Services like Caste, Income, Local Residence, Character, OBC, Land Possession, and Tatkal Seva.

The e-District Mission Mode Project has allowed each eligible state citizen to get certificates individually. Service Plus Bihar has issued the RTPS Certificate in Digital Format to all registered candidates through online application.

1. Go to the official Service Plus Bihar website.
   • By following the direct link, everyone can reach the official RTPS Bihar Service Plus website, https://serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
2. Go to the Citizen Section & Choose Self Registration.

   • In this step, everyone can register by entering simple details like Full Name, Email, Mobile Number, Unique & Secure Password, and selecting their State, Bihar.

4. Enter Security Code & Validate.
   • Enter the Security Code and Validate by Pressing Validate Option. Then OTP will Come to your Mobile Number & Email ID to verify.
5. Enter OTP.
   • Enter the OTP and Proceed with Submit; then a Popup message is displayed for your Successful Registration: “User Registration on https://serviceonline.bihar.gov.in/ has been completed Successfully. Please go back and log in to avail of the services being offered“.

Now you have successfully Registered for Service Plus Bihar RTPS. You can apply any service by login in from your account (सर्विस प्लस बिहार) for all types of Certificates and etc.

Service Plus Bihar Login

1. Go to the official Service Plus Bihar website at https://serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
2. Select and Proceed with the Login Option located at the Main Menu (सर्विस प्लस बिहार) of the Portal.
3. Next, You have to see an alert message and proceed with that.
4. Now the Login page is displayed through a Popup screen.
5. Enter Your Login ID & Password, or log in with OTP.
6. Log in by entering the Captcha Code.
7. After Successful Login, you will be redirected to your Profile Dashboard.
8. In your Profile Section, you have seen available services etc.
